Background
CEGAH is a new initiative by USAID/Indonesia that seeks to address complex phenomenon of Corruption by attacking a wide range of its contributory causes. Working with a wide range of partners, including both governmental and nongovernmental organizations, CEGAH focuses on strengthening GOI efforts that reduce corruption vulnerabilities in existing systems, complementing Indonesia’s impressive and ongoing corruption enforcement achievements.
Objectives

· identify commonalities among community members
· test assumptions and work plan activities
Participants: Representatives from all 16 government agencies engaged with CEGAH,
civil society representatives, journalists. (expected 120 participants)

Preventing corruption effectively requires the careful management of
internal and external integrity risks through the design of systems that
minimize these. Each of the GoI agencies has a different approach based on their
respective perspective and mandate. The presenters will discuss their own
agency's viewpoint and expertise in this issue.

The session will discuss about the challenges and strategies needed to:
· strengthen the national public service complaints system, particularly
regarding the integration targets, and the anticipation of the management
and distribution of complaints received effectively manage the national public complaints handling system

perspectives of the public service monitoring agencies, as well as perspective of
the public
